Erbie Jennings, He/They
LSW, SWC
Are you questioning your relationship, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself along the way? Maybe you’re trying to decide whether to stay, leave, or figure out what comes next. You may be dealing with conflict, control, trust, or communication issues, or recovering from a partnership that left you questioning yourself. If this sounds familiar, Erbie may be the therapist you’re looking for.
Erbie is a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to creating affirming, trauma-informed spaces where healing and self-determination can take root. They are passionate about supporting people navigating relationship challenges, including ongoing conflict, uncertainty about the health of a partnership, difficult relational patterns, or the process of rebuilding a sense of self after a painful relationship has ended. Erbie also supports individuals who are questioning their identity, navigating grief and loss, experiencing financial hardship, or facing other life stressors that can make moving forward feel overwhelming.
With experience in crisis intervention, case management, and victims services, Erbie understands that relationship and life challenges rarely exist in isolation. Financial stress, housing concerns, family responsibilities, trauma, and other circumstances can shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Through therapy, Erbie works collaboratively with each person to better understand what is happening, identify their needs and boundaries, and consider what steps feel right for them.
Drawing from psychodynamic, intersectional, and strength-based frameworks, Erbie grounds their work in both emotional insight and social contexts. Their approach honors each person’s autonomy, strengths, and values while holding space for life’s uncertainty. Erbie believes therapy can be a space to better understand not only what we are experiencing, but also the circumstances that have shaped how we understand ourselves and the world around us.
Together, Erbie and their clients work toward meaningful change, greater self-understanding, and a life that feels more authentic and self-directed.
